Ski tours in the Ammergerbige (800-1700, exposure north), it's getting slow

Snow condition
Around 20-30cm of fresh snow has fallen since yesterday. Now everything is white again. It's slowly getting better, still too little snow for this time of year but slowly we can talk about winter. In the valley (800m) it's now about 30cm and at 1700 (north side) about 60cm. Unfortunately, there's often still no really good base, but it's supposed to keep snowing over the next few days. We are approaching the 3 stars
Snow quality
Great snow throughout. Very nice, cold, loose fresh snow that fell without the influence of wind. Slight settling at the end of the day but overall great!
Risks
Very uncritical in the forest. Due to the lack of wind or poor old snow cover and still little snow overall, there are hardly any danger signs at the moment. The LWD issues a 1. I can confirm that.
Overall impression
Slowly the squirrel feeds. It's getting better, the snow is falling down into the valley and is expected to stay. The hope of a winter in the foothills of the Alps is returning. A good day in the forest in bad weather. Hopefully Meteomorris is right for once and there's more to come :-)
