First run up to 1200m on cleared forest road, then patchy, from 1300m continuous snow. From there, 1-2 cm of fresh snow on mostly snow-covered harsch. Sometimes 15 cm in small areas. It's a good thing that there are supplies, otherwise we would quickly be at 1 star here.

On the north side, the snow is mostly hard-packed with a little overlay, so it is still quite easy to ski. Watch out for mountain pines and avalanche bumps. From midday below 1500m, especially in the flat forest, heavy braking snow.

Risks

Relaxed. Too little fresh snow for avalanches. It was well combined with the old snow. Ascent therefore very pleasant as nothing slipped away. Rockfall is to be expected on approaches below steep east and south-facing slopes.

Explored a new area and found some decent snow. The sun was there for a long time and there was only a fresh wind at the summit. Relaxed day!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
