Talba runs over the rocky valley are still doable - a bit of a hustle and bustle down through the undergrowth, but it's still good enough. The descent from Lutersee Schlepper is no longer recommended - most of the slopes here have gone down in the last few days/weeks. The top is still pretty good - not too much - but mostly possible without rock contact.

Cold, fluffy April powder - it was really good until midday. 20-30cm of fresh snow - without any wind - great - from 1 p.m. clouds started to gather and the fog came back up from the valley and it got quite warm, which of course affected the snow.

Risks

Unpiled fresh snow, which has bonded well with the old snow. With increasing moisture, this was relatively easy to dissolve - especially on this dusty Sahara layer - and has formed huge piles.

Overall impression

An unexpected super sunny powder day - with a final wheel comparison in the station parking lot
