Snow condition
I would almost have given it 3 stars to see what would happen. But well, it was certainly still a sufficient base to drive back to the pass road without coreshots. On the north side it goes down to 1650. Otherwise there is moss and mountain pine safari
Snow quality
The rating here is a mixture of very good wind-blown fresh powder from today and the frozen rotten snow from yesterday, which could have been given only one star if it had been difficult. The old snow is only slightly frozen in the wind and still radiates temperature to the skis. Yay lug formation on the bases. In general, the drama is very striking everywhere on the windward slopes as a blunt, beautiful slab. The frozen old tracks are particularly good here, tempting you to pirouette and switch to the seat of your pants
Risks
So it's probably only dangerous where there are really strong winds in large leeward slopes. We deliberately didn't reach these and headed back to the road in knee-deep powder.
Overall impression
Great fresh air and great little culoirs that allowed the one or other cheer from the professional footballers. At least the snow is slipping again, unlike yesterday when we could only do our magic at the beer table. But this was surprisingly ambitious
