You reach the valley without having to carry anything. Some people think about adding a machete to their equipment. Ladders for crossing stream beds were no longer needed. In the upper section, above the tree line, there is already a solid base that encourages the first faster exits.

Some of the bumps are blown hard, steep slopes have a small wind cover. In the flatter sections protected from the wind, it is very dry powder that deserves one more star.

Risks

The snow packs on the shoots are small and already firm on steep slopes and can hardly be released. Usually very easy to recognize. Depending on the exposure, the snowpack structure is not completely homogeneous. However, it is firm overall.

Shady day, quite fresh on such a norexposed day in early winter. Lots of nice little runs with lots of nice friends on a real jojo free ride day. Two espressos and three beers later, you can still feel the thawing muscles for a while longer.

Unfortunately, my camera froze immediately, but if my fellow riders send me something else, I'll post it.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
