After no snow supply in the last few days, the base is suffering again. The strong wind influence has exposed a lot of snow again, it could be more but is sufficient above the tree line for the time being. Last night's precipitation fell as rain up to almost 2000m, a light layer of sugar this morning was rather cosmetic. At higher elevations, the fresh snow was transported by strong winds. We couldn't find the 20-30cm from the LLB.

At lower altitudes, the excessively warm temperatures were clearly noticeable. Icy surfaces and hard tops dampened the fun. At higher altitudes, however, there are still soft surfaces that are fun.

Risks

LBB level 3 fits. Very strong wind influence overall. In addition, layers of snow have bonded poorly. Be careful.

As there had only been a little rain in the last few days, we weren't expecting any miracles anyway. Conditions are still good at altitude, but the further down into the valley, the worse it gets.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
