It hardly works without rock contact. There is just enough snow to go freeriding. Where the ground consists of grass, it is very nice to ski. Otherwise you have to move around in gullies and hollows. The strong wind has blown everything away. There has been 10-20 cm of new snow since yesterday. Schindlerkar goes down to the bottom with caution, just like Albonagrat, but it's better not to take the good skis.

Nice light powder due to the low temperatures. The snow got a bit heavier on the east and south-facing slopes at midday, but overall it was great to ski.

Risks

Many loose snow slides observed. The sunlight also triggered some.

Overall impression

Super day from the waves of the Algarve directly to the Arlberg with some beautiful lines and great weather and the crowds were also limited.

With the Albonagrat today, the first big freeride descent of the winter was also in the bag.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
