If you start directly from the valley, as we did, the first 300 meters are barely enough. Usually only 10cm of fresh snow on meadow. Quite ok in higher areas.
Snow quality
Still nice to ride at the top but already slightly damp throughout.
Risks
We were very flat on meadows, not much here. There was a lot of wind at the summits.
Overall impression
Unfortunately, we started far too low. But that happens sometimes. At the same altitude, the Arlberg has much more. You can feel it every kilometer to the west.
