Yesterday there was heavy rain up to about 1800m, which turned into heavy snowfall in the evening. The whole thing with gale force winds. In other words, it's still thin at the bottom and above 1800m there's deep powder, mostly pressed down by the wind.
Snow quality
Nice wind-pressed powder. Partly perfect, dry powder in hollows and gullies. On the verge of 4 stars.
Risks
Extremely tricky in the morning. Huge accumulations of drift snow. The fresh snow had settled a little better by the afternoon.
Overall impression
With mostly sunshine and partly perfect powder, it has to be 4 stars.
