Snow condition
Spring or almost summer in the valley. Start with skis at 1600 meters Alpe Rauz. Ascent on ski slope where there is still enough snow. Above 1900-2000 meters there is still enough snow in some places - but you can still get through.
Snow quality
Early start obligatory - in a short time window good firn to mega firn (depending on altitude). From midday onwards very soft and partly dull - but still fun to ski.
Risks
Not too tricky with an early start and back in the valley in good time
