Ok, but not exactly abundant either. There was already a lot more at the end of November on the Arlberg.
Snow quality
Top! Soft, cold powder snow, between 20 and 30cm. Sometimes there was a bit of wind (especially above 2000m) and on south-facing slopes you occasionally come across a hard crust of melted snow.
Risks
Difficult to assess. Few spontaneous avalanches in the last few days, but the snow cover is quite unfavorably built up, at least in some areas, there is already some deep frost, and due to the cold temperatures a little surface frost has also formed in windless areas.
Overall impression
Great snow, nothing going on yet, almost no rock contact. Somewhat clouded by the poor conditions at the time due to clouds moving through.
