Snow condition

Descent to valley (to 1700 m)
Stone Contact avoidable
Variations of snow cover

Some of the hollows, bushes and streams near the valley are still open, but with a little foresight you can easily reach the valley on meadows and open terrain.

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne
Wet snow
Jelly snow

Soaked concrete snow, over 2100 in shady slopes partly covered. Spring-like on the slopes.

Risks

Old snow problem
Fresh avalanches
Much water in the snow cover
North-Eas

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Wet loose snow avalanches and sliding snow in all expos. Some medium-sized snow slabs also came down from steep north-facing slopes, I think at least the old snow problem has eased quite a bit due to the warming.

Avalanche activity

North

Wet loose snow avalanche (small)

Altitude: 2000 m

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne
Worse

Ascended through the terrain and skied down the slope. You don't need to go off-piste at the moment, but at least you can do something.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
