Snow condition

5 cm fresh snow
Descent to valley (to 1600 m)
Descent through forest
Covered shoes

The snow conditions are passable, but it is slowly getting a little thinner in sunny areas. A clever reset before spring would be good to increase the variety of tours.

Snow quality

1 von 5 Sterne
Breakable crust
Powder snow

Well, didn't expect much and unfortunately wasn't pleasantly surprised. The little bit of Dust on Crust that fell can only be very occasionally fun (~ 5 turns). Otherwise, it's very icy and tracky.

Risks

Crevasse or fall danger

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

At present, the greatest danger comes from slipping on the hard snow surface. This is expected to change significantly with the forecast fresh snow.

Overall impression

1 von 5 Sterne
Equal

Not expecting much, just curious to see what the Lizumer Kar looks like at the moment. The snow conditions are passable, but it's not much fun to ski. Let's hope for lots of fresh snow and then good conditions next week!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
