Snow condition
The north-facing gullies in the Kalkkögel have suffered a lot from the storm and are therefore rather rocky, at least in the top third, but not worthwhile there anyway due to the very icy snow quality. Otherwise, the snow conditions in the Lizumer Kar look okay, no rock contact.
Snow quality
On the north side at least still powdery snow, but mostly heavily influenced by the wind (pressed/blown off). Still quite nice to ski in places, but often only 10cm on hard crust.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
As the standard gullies in the Lizumer Kar are ploughed every day, at least the old snow problem is probably limited. There was also little drift snow to be found on the north side today, everything is rather blown away and pressed. Where there is drift snow, however, you should be careful on steep terrain.
Overall impression
Short afternoon tour in the Kalkkögeln, exercise in the fresh air and the weather was also perfect. Unfortunately, there's not much good snow to be found at the moment.
