Snow condition

Closed snow cover on the north side. Ridges heavily blown away. Unfortunately, stones are coming through again on the east side. No continuous snow cover on the south side. The approx. 30cm from the last snowfall is well settled.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne

Still cold but compact powder on the shaded side and winderuhight. Wind was strong almost everywhere. Lots of avalanches. Below 1800 already quite warm and everywhere with sun already slushy.

Risks

According to LLB level 3, less critical than last time. Many avalanches have already occurred. Wind signs visible everywhere and correspondingly many slopes have been weakened.

Overall impression

3 von 5 Sterne

Now the base is right and most of the variants are easy to ski. Of course, almost everything is rutted, although the snow is still easy to ski. Now it's time to hope for a late second dump.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
