Snow condition

Basically unchanged since the last report, but the fresh snow has settled considerably. This also means that more stones, meadows and alpine roses are now coming out again, especially on south-facing slopes that were bare before the last snowfall.

Snow quality

Further up, partly still very settled and wind-influenced, soft snow. Otherwise lots of crushed snow, possibly at least some firn from tomorrow onwards, great piste conditions, especially in the morning.

Risks

Still critical, although the situation is slowly easing. Several avalanches have occurred since Friday, some of them very large, although most of them were blown up. However, some were also triggered by skiers. All in all, the touring terrain seems to be surprisingly restrained, although there have been some ambitious tracks...

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne

Great weather, lots of activity, mediocre snow.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
