Snow condition

Descent to valley (to 1500 m)
Covered shoes
Stone Contact avoidable
Variations of snow cover

For the time of year and the lack of snowfall, the snow conditions are actually ok. No danger of sharks, especially on the north side, but it looks rather poor on the south side.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow

Variable snow quality, but generally not too bad. Where it is not rutted, the snow has built up so that it is almost powdery and therefore fine to ski on. Hard, piste-like conditions in the much-tracked terrain.

Risks

No warning signs

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Moderate below 2,200 m, low above, whereby the avalanche danger in the Lizumer Kar should be very low today.

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne
Equal

If you don't expect too much, you won't be disappointed. All in all, of course, not premium snow, but still good to ride in places and better than doing nothing. Hopefully fresh snow will arrive soon for a few late-season PowderPeople turns and for the PG final meeting!

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
