Currently ok, therefore 3 stars. Nevertheless, below average, south-facing slopes as well as steep south-west and south-east-facing slopes are partially petering out.
Snow quality
Still really good on the north side or in the shade as far down as possible, with slight differences in exposure making a big difference. In the shade, however, there is 10cm of very fluffy fresh snow on a settled but also quite soft base. On the ridges, the fresh snow is partly on a wind cover. There is already firn on sunny slopes, but in (very) isolated cases the crust is not yet firm and you have to deal with broken harsch.
Risks
Relaxed. You can still see a lot of old, large snow slabs and there is also a lot of surface frost (and of course still also deep frost) with wind/new snow, at least in the short term, certainly a significant increase in avalanche danger.
Overall impression
Super weather, great snow, little going on and stable conditions, skied a few new lines. One of the best days of the season.
