Bad. 3 slopes are reasonably snow-covered, next to them 20-30cm of snow on the shady side, sunny slopes often completely bare. Off-piste you can safely forget, even if there are tons of ski tourers crawling around on the rocks.

Well. The slopes are practically all artificial snow, so hard. In addition, stones come out in many places...
