Altitude

Avalanche warning level

low (1)

Exposition

North North-Eas

Snow condition

1 von 5 Sterne
10 cm fresh snow

Of course, it's still really bad, so 10 cm won't change anything. There is simply no continuous base this year. Everything on the sunny side is bare far up, with little snow in the high areas and rough terrain. The downhill options in open terrain are severely limited.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow

The fresh snow itself would be good, just not enough. Old tracks underneath are hard and rough to ride.

Risks

North-West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Little snow, great danger due to thinly covered obstacles.

Overall impression

2 von 5 Sterne
Better

Finally some fresh snow, but the conditions are of course still subterranean. It was really nice that one piste was not rolled. The first hour with very little snow was really pleasing. The next few days are supposed to bring a little bit of snow - but for skiing conditions to normalize, we'd need a much higher alert level.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
