Well, it was very bad right from the start and it's just getting worse and worse. You can only slide around a bit on pistes and gentle alpine meadows.
Snow quality
Unfortunately not as good as I thought when I went up. I had hoped for sulz, but it wasn't so soft after all, despite the moisture in this area. Fast, but rough. Untracked would perhaps be better, but that's no longer available.
Risks
Wind intensity: High (40 – 60 km/h)
Strong wind and warmth - but a very compact and low snow cover. and there is only little snow to move. Some smaller slides and snow mouths were visible on the east-southeast side. The main danger is mmn the lack of snow...
Overall impression
Especially this afternoon, when I was out and about, the conditions were even less good due to rain, sleet and strong winds. The next few days will dramatically add to the snow cover, but it was never more than an inadequate base here anyway. I'll save the second star so that I can give one next week ;)
