Snow condition
Little snow. At higher altitudes you can see a lot of ice, but you can ski on the usual routes across the glaciers, with a few exceptions. On the other side of the glaciers and filled gullies and hollows there is not much left, on the south side almost nothing. From the huts (Larcher, Branca) there are short carrying passages for most tours. You can plan a little more time for carrying and possibly changing to crampons in places where you can ski in better snow conditions. 10 cm of snow was added on Sunday and Monday, sometimes 30 cm in blown areas. A nice treat for the descent, but nothing more.
Snow quality
Mostly hard, on fine days with firn on the south side, swampy at the end of the day in lower areas. On Monday, irregular powder cover
Risks
Nothing observed on 5 days, nice and cold every morning. The risk of crevasses or falling is certainly higher, especially when visibility is poor.https://www.stol.it/Artikel/Chronik-im-Ueberblick/Lokal/Im-Ortlergebiet-in-Bergnot
Overall impression
The descents were nothing special and the snow conditions were sad, but it was still a great time with a great group in beautiful alpine surroundings
