Snow condition
In the valley over the last two days about 40cm, but without any base, which still leads to ground contact on hard turns. At 200m, it's more like 60-70cm and the lack of a base is no longer a problem.
Snow quality
The icy temperatures, sometimes 17 degrees below zero, have preserved the powder perfectly - it's still very powdery. On the south side and close to the valley, there has already been some settling, but it is still easy to ski.
Risks
Personally, I would stay away from slopes that are too steep due to the build-up of snow cover with all the hoar frost of the last week, the almost non-existent base and the heavy snowfall. There was also a lot of blasting in Brandnertal today.
Overall impression
The occasional stone contact further down and the somewhat defensive forest still slow us down a little, but we are definitely heading in the right direction.
