The snow conditions are still very good, all descents are possible. Tours are possible from the valley.

Unfortunately, we've only had 5 cm since yesterday, which means that almost everything in the area is packed and relatively firm. In the untracked areas, however, the snow is still very light and soft. We were surprised, as the forecast was for warm temperatures. Except for the morning, the sun hardly came through today, so the snow quality has held up very well. A lot should still be possible with tours! But the south-facing slopes are partly covered.

Risks

According to the LLB a 2, everything felt very stable and safe. However, there are some areas with strong winds. There were also strong winds this afternoon.

Until the next major snowfall, the motto is probably: "Earn your turns". Thanks to the good snow quality, some good tours should now be possible in Brand.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
