Above 1200m you can ski almost everything, only ridges and ridges are sometimes only lightly covered by fresh snow (up to 30cm). Below 1200m you have to slow down again and watch out for stones and undergrowth. But you can get down to 850m without damage. But you can always get through to the hard surface up to at least 1800m if you let it rip.

If you only look at the fresh snow, it doesn't get any better than this! 1a Powder

Risks

Hochgrat Nord was skied and looked very safe, only very little sluff. Steeper stuff should go quite well over the next few days. But watch out for drift snow in the eastern exposures.

Overall impression

4 von 5 Sterne

Great atmosphere and the best quality powder of the season. Plus untracked in the evening, as almost all of the 250 people chose the standard run.

It's crazy how many people run up there on a weekday, sometimes it looked worse than after a day of gondola operation.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
