Snow condition
Currently a layer of snow everywhere but only a few centimeters thick. Downhill runs are going well. Gullies and troughs heavily filled.
Snow quality
20-40cm sinking depth. North side and forest perfect. On the south side, the sun was working for 2 hours. There with a light cover and set.
Wind drifted snow
Intensity: medium
Altitude: 1600 m – 2200 m
Risks
Wind intensity: Medium (20 – 40 km/h)
If you stick to the Munter rules, everything is fine. If you don't stick to them, you'll quickly run into problems as soon as you exceed 35%. A big board was triggered in the area today. Drift snow is barely recognizable under the new snow.
Avalanche activity
Dry slab avalanche (medium)
Altitude: 1500 m
Overall impression
Insane day. Hardly anyone in the area. 29 runs of the finest, hardly any competition. There is still a lot to get.
