Snow condition
About 70 cm at 1000m and considerably more at the top. It will easily be 2m at 2000m. Steep gullies are well filled.

With good time management, top firn in all exposures, but powder is probably a thing of the past in the Karawanken.
Risks
Everything was very compact and today there was hardly a big slide to be seen, even with the daytime warming, we were in a more than 45 degree steep gully today and it felt very safe.
Overall impression
Perfect conditions for riding the steep stuff that is otherwise rarely possible in this area.
