The Föhn is still raging in Central Switzerland. But the Klewenalp is oriented in such a way that it spares the good slopes.

There was between 10 and 15 centimetres of fresh snow on Friday. That's enough for the wide powder slabs to float in most places. Despite the strong foehn wind, the exposed areas have only blown off a little. Partly wind-pressed snow, good powder in many places. Not a single stone hit all day.
Snow quality
Good snow quality. Due to the excessively warm temperatures, however, a broken snow cover is likely to form soon.
Risks
SLF reports warning level 2, which agrees with my observations. The drifting snow is limited, the amount of fresh snow is not really large.
Overall impression
3-4 stars. Despite modest amounts of fresh snow of 10 to 15 centimeters, persistent floating condition without touching the hard base. Good snow conditions. A good day for winter with lots of first lines
