Finally some powder again

Snow condition
Despite two weeks of fair weather disruption, it is still possible to ski off-piste on the Titlis down to the valley without touching the ground or stones. Only in a few places blown over by the wind does some grass appear. As for the fresh snow: unfortunately there was less (approx. 15 centimetres) than forecast (20-40 centimetres). Nevertheless, it was possible to float if you didn't step too hard on the edge. Laub was better than Steinberg today, probably because of the wind.
Snow quality
Blow Pow until midday from the Titlis summit to the Laub exit at 1400 meters above sea level. From midday onwards, the fresh snow became quite heavy in the lower part of the Laub. Still perfect at the top.
Risks
Avalanche report from the LSW reported warning level 3 for today, danger comes from drift snow and the fresh snow, which has bonded poorly or not at all with the hard base. We triggered a small slide ourselves. From midday, the snow has become heavy in the lower areas, which has increased the risk of wet snow slides.
Overall impression
Pow again at last. Even though we had to pedal through to the hard surface from time to time, it was really fun to spray again today. And the good news is: Next week there's going to be a lot more. I've already agreed with my boss, who also came with me today, that I might not be in the office so often next week.
