Snow condition

In the north-facing areas, there is still snow for the time of year. The only thing to watch out for are stones that have been exposed by the last storm, which are also increasing in number due to the sunlight. On the south side, the snow line is around 1500m.

There is still powder on the north side. There is an approx. 10cm layer on the old snow cover. Fine to ski, even if it's no longer so dusty... There is certainly fine firn on the south side - but it was postponed until later due to the good conditions on the north side.

Risks

No observations. Lots of steep slopes have been skied. The south-facing slopes should be taken into account when choosing a tour, but I didn't see anything coming down. SLF issues a 1

Perfect spring conditions with powder and sunshine. It can go on like this for a few more weeks.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
