At the top up to 2900m a portion of powder, in between good skiable fresh snow, then transitioning into cruising firn and the last meters of braking snow to the trunk. Better than expected.

The warming and the fresh snow had to be taken into account. At nine o'clock we turned south onto the glacier and it was already slowly trickling down from above and summer greetings were coming from the steep terrain.

Nice tour to the Schärhorn with good conditions on the descent. Will certainly go well for a few more days from the pass. Glacier well snowed in.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
