There's not much there. You get down the Steinberg, but it doesn't invite you more than once. Handbrake at half-mast. It's white in the valley and it's better to skate down.

Snow quality

2 von 5 Sterne
Hard, pressed snow
Powder snow

In the terrain, a strange mixture of a layer of sleet, which was sugared over, and a layer of ice that was easy to break through. Fast and not forgiving.

Risks

Old snow problem
West

Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)

Many crevasses are still open and those that are not visible are not covered with snow. Rock contact is to be expected at any time. Avalanches technically not observed

Overall impression

Equal

Nice morning with a Steinberg round and a few laps on the slopes. They got icier, then off to the sofa. Needs snow.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
