Depending on the time of year, we encountered all kinds of snow depending on altitude, exposure and daytime conditions. However, there were always a few beautiful slopes.

Overall impression
In the French part of the Alps, skiing is still the method of choice. Conditions are still deep winter, tours to the major peaks are no problem. As long as temperatures and the snow line stay like this, not much will change. The biggest challenge at the moment is to find a suitable weather window...
