Avalanche warning level

Exposition
Snow condition
In the mountains, some of the ridges look out. Below 1800 there is no snow on the south side. Otherwise continuous snow cover, hardly any stones except on ridges
Snow quality
Variant terrain bockelhart south side. Pure skating. Apart from the piste, almost nothing works!
Risks
Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)
Even slightly steeper moguls become unpleasantly dangerous if they consist only of ice hills. Even in the afternoon with the sun it didn't get any better. Small stones on the slope. With the fresh snow on the ice and the low temperatures, the binding could be pretty bad.
Overall impression
The snow is on its way and it's always good to know what was there before the fresh snow. ( see photos )I suspect Flegère will be less sharky than Grands Montets for the next few days due to the terrain. Due to the cold, the conditions have remained the same over the last few days, but at least the base hasn't suffered. There's a lot of wind forecast and I suspect the avalanche risk will increase significantly.
