in the Aiguilles Rouges still sufficient but the last 10 min to Le Buet you have to walk down or cross to the slope to be able to ski down

Hard, pressed snow
Wet snow
Firn
Jelly snow

Sulz or firn in the morning. north sides are icy and don't really soften in the steep terrain. from 12 everything that gets sun is soaked.

Risks

Wind intensity: No Wind (0 km/h)

Don't underestimate wet snow slides that can travel through old weak layers. The soaking in the middle layers is going incredibly fast at the moment and there is still a lot of snow on the slopes.

Overall impression

Better

Fresh snow is in sight but today again warmth and slush in the Aiguilles Rouges. Col de Berarde with few people. Classic spring ski touring conditions.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
