From about 1300m there is a closed snow cover. The snowfall during the night on Tuesday remained at a few centimeters even at 2000m. Overall, the thickness of the snow cover varies greatly. Almost all of the ridges have blown off.

The influence of the sun from yesterday and today is already clearly noticeable, the snow is no longer fluffy. Things are looking a little better on the shady side. There are a few centimetres of powder on the well-settled snow cover.

Risks

Thanks to the good conditions, the snow cover has settled quite well. Nevertheless, there are still accumulations of drift snow that are prone to disruption. We have not seen any sliding snow avalanches like those in the LLB. Tomorrow we will certainly have to pay attention to the daytime warming.

Great morning with very sunny weather and mild temperatures.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
