Snow condition

Snow conditions are still not good despite fresh snow. A total of around 70cm of fresh snow has fallen since Sunday. The weather has been good for the last 2 days. Yesterday strong winds today rather weak.

Protected from the wind and good powder to be found on the north side, on the south side you notice the influence of the sun up to min. 2700m

Risks

From a very tense 4 on Monday, rapid improvement to 2 today. Yesterday, fresh cornices and drifting snow could be triggered very easily. Some self-releasing could also be observed. The fresh snow is still not well connected to the old snow (but it's getting better)

We spent the last two days on the high plateau above San Martino and at Passo Rolle. Beautiful tours in the sunshine and sometimes even powdery descents.http://alpinebiking.de/portfolio-item/san-martino-2-0/

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
