The snow conditions are okay and it was possible to start from the valley and ski back down again. at medium altitudes, the south-facing slopes are already partly bare. Personally, however, I don't have a comparison to measure the current situation against previous years. On Sunday, a few centimetres of snow fell from 1800m upwards.

There are mainly various forms of hard snow to be found: melted hard snow, wind hard snow, sometimes ice, stable, non-stable, slush (during the course of the day). In any case, skiing is not much fun. The few centimetres of snow cover did quite well and provided more grip.

Risks

We found the conditions here to be relatively good. However, this situation can change quickly with more fresh snow.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't play ball on our tour. But the fresh snow is very good for the mountains. As the site didn't work yesterday, I couldn't upload any photos. They will be uploaded later.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!
