Unfortunately, the snow conditions are still poor this winter. It is very dependent on the exposure in East Tyrol, depending on the valley and orientation you can start between 1200 and 1600.
Snow quality
Here I give 3 stars because the snow was very compact and if the sun had come out, it would certainly have made beautiful firn. We rarely broke off. Unfortunately, the weather spoiled the beautiful descent.
Risks
As mentioned in the avalanche report, spring-like conditions. As we didn't get a preview of the sun, all the slopes were as hard as a rock.
Overall impression
Unfortunately only 2 stars as we had bad weather and poor downhill conditions due to the lack of sun.
