1800-2300m: Little snow but with caution terrain traps are no problem. Powder set in the shade, cover underneath breaks but is easy to ski. 2300-3000: Wherever there was sun there is an annoying cover and still no firn, in the shade a good 10-20cm of finest powder but very little snow and stone contact. 3000-3600: Good snow and partly drift snow, but crevasses are only very lightly covered with snow and clearly noticeable. The view was tremendous from Großvenediger, fun on the descent despite little snow. Wedel conditions!
