Snow report East Tyrol-North Carinthia, 11/23/2014
North-facing powder in November
Snow condition

Overall impression
Snow condition
Unfortunately, the poor snow conditions have not yet changed. You can't do much with skis below 1900 m.
Snow quality
In the higher north-facing areas down to an altitude of 2200m, we found unexpectedly beautiful powder. The descents were really fun and not to be sneezed at. I didn't have any encounters with rocks, but my touring partner caught the odd shark.
Risks
Clear wind drifts could be observed in areas close to the crest. You should pay attention to this.
Overall impression
Not bad for November, you can already go on a few tours and find great snow on some slopes... only the poor snow conditions and the slopes are spoiling the overall impression... Pray fot Snow ;)
