Snow condition
Still quite decent, even though a lot of snow has melted in the past week. The start from the Edelrautehütte parking lot is still problem-free, but it is slowly getting a little tight in places.
Snow quality
Somewhat variable. Due to the very high temperatures, not everywhere really deep frozen and therefore only a short time window with good firn. In addition, there are already suncups below about 1800m.
Risks
Many wet snow avalanches have now subsided, but attention must still be paid to the daytime warming, especially at higher altitudes.
Overall impression
Would have been quite nice, unfortunately my binding failed and I had to tackle the descent in telemark mode...
