Video
Snow quality
As always, there is the familiar windfill after every run. However, the surface is really rough and not very slippery, just like everywhere else. Above all, the ice-cold surface is so dull when the old snow is exposed under the base that you can hardly glide and your knees beg for mercy when scraping the ice.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
The light snow from the wind slips into a nice sluff, otherwise everything is bombproof.
Overall impression
Ice-cold training tour with all the chicanes that go with it. "My legs are pudding!" - and everything hurts a bit afterwards when you thaw out again. But the mountain landscape is enjoyable in winter as long as you go high up. It still takes a lot to enjoy the next quarter on two gliding oils. It's snowing now, just important to know that large stones are still exposed and need at least one more dump to disappear.
