Very digital, crests mostly wind-blown - in the lee (no wonder) and in calmer areas masses. But even in the forest there is more than enough to get through everywhere without any problems.
Snow quality
The low to very low temperatures here on the Ofenpass (-22°C in the morning) have ensured that even the snow that has been lying around for a while has remained mostly powdery.
Risks
Not entirely without - the wind has done a lot of work in the last few days. In addition, there is a layer of hoar frost at a depth of about 20 cm and the same game again 10 cm further down. wind loads are still very clearly visible at the moment.
Overall impression
Top compared to the local areas - however, the critical avalanche situation and the blown-off slopes do not allow for more than 3 stars from a purely objective point of view.
