At least everything is now white here - but not nearly enough to be able to leave the slopes in any meaningful way. Strong winds are causing stones and grass to poke out in many places.

Very wind-pressed, noticeable lid that offers good resistance even on adventures on foot.

Risks

Certainly critical on higher ridges. However, these were closed to tourists today. The areas below 2500 m are very windblown (wind speeds of 120km/h have prevailed here over the last few days). Below this cover there is a massive ice lamella (approx. 10mm) close to the ground. At the moment I would be very careful downwind, further down there is still too little to cause much trouble.

Slopes are fine, downhill not yet possible. Upper areas closed, off-piste only possible if you don't care about your skis. There's still a bit more to come.

Note on Conditions Reports

The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.

Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
If you need help with the operation or have suggestions for improvement, please write to us at app@powderguide.com!

Thank you for your contribution to the PowderGuide project!
