Snow condition
The snow conditions speak for the end of the season. There is still some snow on the north side. South-facing slopes are beautifully green right up to the surrounding peaks.
Snow quality
Except for the last shady spot above 2500 m, hardpack is predominant. From 10am onwards, the sunlight slowly softens the crust. We left at 11am, when it was still quite hard on the north side above 2500m, below that the light firn was great to ride. Firm, the little man's powder....
Risks
Older wet snow avalanches still visible on the east side, but should not pose a great danger at the moment.
Overall impression
Spring tour for my personal end of season, biking in Chur and Flims were also very relaxed afterwards.
