Snow condition
No major change since the last report. Possible with skis from/up to approx. 2000m.
Snow quality
Wet snow, frozen at night/morning. Set powder only with imagination on steep north-facing slopes. Then briefly slabby, swampy at the bottom, rotten snow on the plain at around 2000m at midday.
Risks
The risk of falling is likely to be greater than the risk of avalanches if you set off very early.
Overall impression
Very nice day. Unfortunately a bit unlucky with the weather: blazing sun on the ascent, cloudy skies and poor ground visibility on the descent, half an hour later the weather improved again. Escaped the hustle and bustle around the passes and made some nice relaxed turns.
