Snow condition
Starting at 1400m, there is a good half meter of snow, partly on a layer of old snow. Streams and botany still need a hefty load so that you can wobble over them. The forest is still woody and the mountain pines are still wading away.
Snow quality
Good powder from top to bottom. Little wind.
Risks
Wind intensity: Low (< 20 km/h)
Dangers certainly still from the not too thick snow cover or what lurks underneath. On the flat, the snow cover has settled twice with a nice thump.
Overall impression
Good first day of skiing with powder on my face. Everything is well snowed in and now there's another load on top, which are good conditions for winter 23/24.
The ConditionsReports are user-generated content - from freeriders for freeriders! Recently, a distinction has been made between MiniReport, which offers a quick status report with location, image/video and text, and ProReport, which requires more detailed information and can be uploaded by advanced users.
Every registered user can enter the MiniReport in the WebApp, iOS app or Android app. If you would also like to upload ProReports, please write to us at conditionsreporter@powderguide.com so that we can activate it for you and briefly explain it to you!
