Snow condition
Where the wind has raged, partly bare ice or alternatively stone. Where the wind has dropped the poor flakes again, there are nice drift snow packs or piles of snow on the slope. The amount is okay overall, but just unevenly distributed.
Snow quality
Not bad at all, but really compressed. Temperature was borderline.
Risks
Not without the wind. The drift snow in particular isn't great at the moment. So it's all the more exciting that some people are specifically looking for it and riding it, as it's so nice and light and fluffy.
Overall impression
Davos in the run-up to Christmas. Always nice and actually always enough snow. Big off-piste adventures are not really possible or advisable at the moment.
