schneerudi has already said it all. Top from about 2000m and also good for skiing down. Glacier well covered as almost 2m of fresh snow came down last week. Below, however, rather slushy and little snow. Okay for the ascent...descent rather so la la as the forest road was cleared. Overall an impressive and varied tour that requires a lot of stamina and endurance.
